New vase collection from Villeroy and Boch

I hope you had a lovely Easter weekend. Today, I’m delighted to feature Villeroy & Boch‘s new vase collection.
The company first launched their fine glass collection nearly seventy years ago in 1943.
And for this new range, they’ve chosen some modern shades, which are given real depth through the use of four layers of coloured glass.
The muted tones include Pure Stone, Sweet Caramel and Midnight Sky alongside the vibrant shades of Caribbean Sea, Soft Raspberry and Fresh Lemon. Plus, of course, white in the guise of Artic Breeze.
They are all hand-made and are available in four different designs in various sizes.
The first design below, called Nek, with a long narrow neck is reminiscent of a tall, elegant bottle. It’s perfect for a single bloom.

Next is Tiko, which is bulbous in shape.

Starting from the left below is their Kima design, again with a slightly bulbous shape. And to its right is a vase from the Numa range, a classical vertical vase with a slightly tapered neck.

All of the vases are designed to be combined together, as you can see below, to create eye-catching displays.

I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing Villeroy & Boch’s new vase collection today. If you’d like to keep up-to-date with their news, they’re on Facebook and Twitter.
