Website of the Week – The Vintage Kitchen Store
Did Christmas re-introduce you to the simple pleasures of baking for the family?
If the answer is yes, let me tell you about The Vintage Kitchen Store which has the most comprehensive range of original vintage and retro kitchenware from the Victorian era until the beginning of the 1970s. And with a stock of 4,000 items ranging from wooden spoons to butter churns, they can provide everything you could possibly need for your period kitchen or retro baking experience.
All of the store’s merchandise will have been fondly used by cooks over the last 100 or so years. Most will have wear and tear, but that just adds to the charm. Everything is designed to be used! Some items that will have been forgotten about at the back of a cupboard for decades, and they are just as they were when first bought.
The stock changes weekly and they also have a prop hire service and a search service to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
Happy home making!
