Website of the Week – Sofas & Stuff
We are big fans of Sofas & Stuff here at Heart Home. We love the fact that it’s a British company that produces good quality, good looking, really comfortable sofas that last. Most of the sofas are hand made in a workshop just outside Nottingham using manufacturing techniques honed over hundreds of years.
So much to choose from - simply choose your favourite style, select your fabric of choice and if you yearn for something completely unique you are sure to find it in the Bolivian collection. Each sofa and chair is a complete one-off, using fabrics woven in Bolivia and a far cry from the age of shiny mass production.
So, just for fun the editors of HHM have chosen their favourites…
“I love the Lismore leather sofa. This oozes British design at its best, an absolute statement piece. I can see this looking lovely near the fireplace in a cosy environment. Scatter a few union jack cushions and it’s divine.” Arianna.
“My favourite is the Haresfield chair. It has the feeling of the 1918 Kubus chair by Joseph Hoffmann with a more contemporary design. I love the narrow, padded sides and the Chesterfield upholstery design – perfect!” Daniel.
“For me it has to be the Helford sofa. A classic shape that won’t date but upholstered in sumptuous crushed velvet for added glamour and style.” Carole.
And if you hurry you can catch the 10% January sale.
