The Prettiest Ice Lollies Ever
Regular readers of this Heart Home blog with a keen eye, may recall that I wrote about ice lollies in last weeks post. Well, I make no apologies for it: it’s summer and therefore the season for ice lollies to bask in the limelight.
This post is really just to share with you these beautiful petal ice lollies. Have you ever seen a ice lolly as pretty as this before? When I came across them, I almost screamed out loud with excitement. I’ve been really into edible flowers this summer, putting them in puddings and salads and using them to decorate cakes. But freezing them into a lolly? It was definitely a ’now, why didn’t I think of that’ moment.
Wouldn’t they just be perfect to serve at a summer party or wedding? I almost want to throw a party now, before summer is out, simply so I can have a go at making these.
