Beautiful floral-inspired paintings by Louise Rawlings
This week, I thought I’d share with you a selection of floral-inspired paintings from Midlands-based artist Louise Rawlings.
In the early 1990s, Louise attained a first class honours degree in Surface Decoration at DeMontfort University and has since worked as a freelance illustrator.
She has worked in areas such as children’s books, fine art, greeting cards, ceramics and calendars.
Using mainly watercolour and mixed media, Louise is inspired by anything from a walk in a park to a small magazine cutting.
Here are some more of her beautiful paintings…
I hope that Louise’s wonderful artwork has brightened up your day…
If you’d like to keep up-to-date with her news, she has a Facebook page.
