Beautiful Bakeware

Baking

Baking is by far my favourite cooking method. What’s not to love about it? I think that baking particularly comes into it own at this time of the year: savoury pies, fruit crumbles, jacket potatoes, pasta bakes, shepherd’s pie, cobblers, scones and biscuits. You do all the prep, then the oven does the magic and fills the kitchen with a delicious warming aroma.

I have a really weakness for bakeware: wether a nostalgic pie dish or a set of perfectly coloured mixing bowl. I like to have much of my bakeware on display in my kitchen; so it has to be both functional and good-on-the-eye. Today I am sharing my current ‘lust list’ of bakeware. Maybe just one or two pieces might find their way into my kitchen if I have a moment of weakness at anytime soon. Failing that there is always my Christmas list.
